Celia Eitzel is a Senior Associate, Business Development at Entrepreneur Partners, L.P.. Colleagues describe her as "Celia served as an intern with the Women's Microfinance Initiative (wmionline.org) and was a terrific addition to our summer staff. Her responsibilities included: reviewing survey data; analyzing spread sheets; developing conclusions from the data collected; summarizing the data; preparing graphs and charts; and, presenting the data in a final impact report posted on the organization's web site. Celia proved herself to be exceptionally well organized, detail-oriented and responsible. She was able to review the survey data and make conclusions about how our program impacts our beneficiaries as well as visualize the end-product and develop effective ways for us to display data subsets and analysis results. She communicated effectively and her writing was clear and concise. Celia is a mature and motivated young adult with an excellent work ethic!"
