Hello!☀️ I'm Célia Moreira, I'm a passionate and curious person and I'm always up for new challenges:At the end of my bachelor's degree I moved to the UK (2016) for life and work experience: get into hospitality, diving into dealing with customer expectations, evolving into organizing and leading a team while staying on budget until moving back home when Covid came across our lives. Since I came back (last 4 years) I've been dealing with customer expectations but on the side of the industry businesses (industry production softwares), taking care of our clients requirements and expectations, communicating with the technical team their needs and being the bridge between all parts involved. Areas such as managing clients and accounts, accompanying processes of technical support and software optimization, organizing training until help define strategies of marketing & communication are part of my daily work. Recently I got more interested in the world of tech, I'm doing the Pro Program at Tekya where we dive and learn more about Scrum, Agile, Product and Delivery Management. The world of Product Management is fascinating and I'm eager to learn more!
