My journey began with a science-focused education, initially intending to pursue medical school. But life had other plans, leading me through diverse experiences that ultimately shaped my passion for education. Each step along the way—from science to IT, and finally to educational leadership—has added a unique perspective to my role as a thought-leader in this field.At TMBUK2, I lead a team focused on helping students develop strong personal identities and self-confidence, foundational skills for academic and life success. Drawing on my background in IT, I integrate digital tools to make learning environments more connected and adaptable, ensuring students and educators have resources that foster growth.My research experience also plays a big part in my work. My graduate thesis on adolescent health education taught me the value of informed, evidence-based education and how early exposure to key topics shapes future choices. These research skills—data analysis, program development, and measuring impact—help me identify needs, develop solutions, and improve outcomes for students.Alongside technical and research skills, my management experience spans both educational and corporate settings. I’m all about building inclusive, collaborative spaces where each person’s strengths shine, and this approach has been vital for TMBUK2’s programs, which prioritize social-emotional learning. We aim to help students build resilience and confidence, skills essential to success in school and beyond.In each role, I bring together insights from science, tech, research, and education to develop solutions that are practical, holistic, and forward-thinking.
