 Responsible for assisting in the operation of a luxury resale boutique specializing in Hermés, Chanel and Louis Vuitton. Duties include meeting company sales goals while adhering to policy and procedure, daily administration, assuring seamless operations and inventory management.  Collaborated on marketing strategies in conjunction with the Beverly Wilshire and Peninsula Hotels which generated additional revenues in excess of $200,000 in 2014.  Implemented a clientele program aimed at providing a very personalized VIP service and sourcing very specific and difficult to acquire special collection pieces such as the Heréms Birkin. The clientele program generated an additional 18% of revenue in 2014.
