I am passionate about driving systemic change for peace & the common good. I spent 15 fascinating years working in multilateral diplomacy, political affairs, peacebuilding and human rights with the United Nations, government and non-profit entities, serving in policy and practitioner’s roles both in the field and at Headquarters. My work essentially focused on conflict analysis, strategic planning, crisis management and peace processes/peacebuilding, fostering inclusive governance, a risk management and people-centered mindset and human rights/environmental due diligence. I recently joined IOD PARC, a management consulting company working with international organizations on organizational development and change management, an opportunity to zoom out and examine how the international community work on intersecting global complex issues, question intervention modalities and support people-centered change management processes, while diversifying my career path and subject matters covered. I will also be pursuing part time/short-term freelance opportunities on key areas of interest - I am currently on the following rosters: UNDP ExpRes, InterPeace (Peace Responsiveness) and UK CSG Stabilization (Multilateral Organizations). Following my residency with the Global Centre for Security Policy in 2021, I joined the International Leadership Association (ILA) as a member of the GCSP-sponsored Women’s Leadership for Peace 2022 cohort. My intention is to benefit from exposure to this large, brilliant network of global thinkers to pursue my research on how neuroscience and behavioral science insights can inform intervention modalities in support of conflict resolution.
