Incorporated in 1998 in the United Kingdom, IOD PARC is a private consulting company and a leading, global specialist-provider in results-based performance assessment in international development. Working with a range of international bodies, IOD PARC has led over of seven-hundred consultancy assignments in more than one-hundred countries world-wide. With its varied client base, including multilateral, bilateral, and UN agencies, IOD PARC has developed an acclaimed reputation for its work that combines the rigour and analytical skills of monitoring and evaluation expertise with a process-based approach to organisational development and change interventions. Specialising in conducting large-scale, highly-complex, and politically-sensitive studies, our experience includes: • Global evaluations of international policies and institutions. • Developing and implementing performance assessment systems of corporate and organisational performance. • Providing monitoring and evaluation support to government departments, bilateral and multilateral aid organisations. Notably IOD PARC is undertaking the 2015/16 and 2017/18 rounds of MOPAN assessments for the Organisation of Economic Cooperation and Development. Furthermore our successful delivery of the DFID’s Specialist Evaluation and Quality Assurance Service helpdesk ensured the successful award of the successor contract, in which we offer expert technical advice and quality assurance for designing, implementing, and learning from evaluation processes. In addition IOD PARC is working with UNICEF India as the National Technical Resource Team for Institutions (NTRT-Institutions), in the context of the Government of India’s Swachh Bharat Programme. In this capacity, IOD PARC is providing flexible, high quality, well targeted technical inputs to strengthen UNICEF’s institutional development and system strengthening response at district and state level, and assisting to inform UNICEFs ongoing technical support.
