We have undertaken over 500 consultancy assignments in over 50 countries for a wide range of multilateral, bilateral and UN agencies, as well as other international bodies. Our experience includes: global evaluations of international policies and institutions; developing and implementing performance assessment systems of corporate performance; and providing monitoring and evaluation support to government departments, bilateral and multilateral aid organisations, including global evaluation helpdesks for DFID and UNICEF. We specialise in conducting large-scale, highly complex, and politically-sensitive studies. IOD PARC managed the Phase II global Evaluation of the Paris Declaration on aid effectiveness, the largest and probably the most complex multi-stakeholder Evaluation ever undertaken in development cooperation.
