Play as coach for leadership team in terms of process, working tool, feedback, continuously improve the organization capability.  Talent Development, initiate the talent development program covering GM, GM-1 and GM-2, built up the competency model for Aesthetic BU, optimize the talent development framework to boost the talent acquisition, development and retention.  Lead the key learning development programs including Talent Assessment, talent review and successor planning to build up the talent pipeline. Enabling a Modern Learning Ecosystem for Galderma China  Provide the Value-added Learning Solution including formal training, on-demand training, management support, continued reinforcement, performance support and shared knowledge. Change management and culture implementation, align with company strategy turn around, implement the company culture with different workshops, storytelling and social media. HR Mergers & Acquisitions – Offer thought leadership to assigned leader(s) in understanding the human capital elements of acquisitions, developing activities that facilitate integration of culture, organization, talent, systems and processes Performance review – Facilitate and provide balanced perspectives through the talent review process for Business/Functional leadership teams.

 Business Partner for Marketing/GA/Operation/ Legal/Compliance/Finance etc, Also act as recruiting leader of SMSD to fulfill hiring needs, set up employer branding, enhance hiring system efficiency Support and work with business unit to understand business goals, challenge, threats and opportunities, identify people strategy accordingly through workforce planning for long term (3- 5 years) and short-term, organization design, budgeting and cost analysis, etc.  Optimize staffing channel and implement recruiting, work on headcount and recruitment plan, fill vacancies and improve the recruiting process Performance Management: Support the operation in the performance management process including objectives setting, individual development plan, mid-year review and year-end review, cooperative with L&D on talent workshop. Talent Development: Role out HR projects on Talent Review, Employee Development Plan, Talent Rotation Program, Provide counsel, coaching and advice for business leaders in the development and execution of people agenda. Conduct training and employee communications to enhance employee engagement Participant C&B review, to make sure of internal equality and external competitiveness. Set up and implement MT program and Sales Camp projects. Expand talent pool and development strategy. Work as campus recruitment project manager, enhance SMSD employer branding among universities.
