Supplier Quality Engineer• Development of new suppliers for electronics, eletromechanics (PCB, Relays, connectorse wire connector, and PCB assy) using corporative methods (VDA6.3 audit, Run at Rate, APQP) for suppliers located in Brazil, Asia and Europe.• Green Belt certification • Specialist in display technology and implement quality actions to improvements quality using quality tolls methodology.• Development of new parts for electronics, eletromechanics, stamped parts, injected parts, including APQP meeting, technical meetings between supplier and R&D engineer for technical discussion to define PPAP level, critical parameters, Safety Launch Concept and Run at Rate.• Transfer of injected and stamped tooling from Germany to Brazil suppliers .• Quality analysis for electronics components (optical components, passive components, active components and pcb) and technical discussion using quality tools (ishikawa, 5w2h, DOE, etc) as a continuous improvement program to reach zero defects.• Responsible to coordinate all process changes and process discontinuation for electronics, electro-mechanics, mechanics and plastics proposed by the suppliers for South America operation.• Technical support for passive components for NAFTA operation with regular meetings and workshops with all locations.• Contribution to ABNT to define technical specification for COB03 family (PCB)• VDA 6.3 leader auditor.
