Position Description Deliver SW data packages during time box phase and PM phase for R&D internal usage and For production, Customization Team and CARE including required documentation as SW release notes. Do the run-time configuration to create Nokia Default Variant. Provides detailed SW release plans for each timebox. Maintains and develops tools for SW build, version control, releasing and variant creation. Key activities are release planning, SW build, SW releasing via all required delivery channels, variant definition for RD purposes, NDT definition for production and data package creation.2. ResponsibilitiesThe main Responsibilities are: • Ensures ramp-up readiness by integrating different team’s solution into real product release.• Review the customer’s requirements and ensure product customization’s capability implemented in R&D phase• Deliver SW package to stakeholders within agreed time frame• SW error analyzing and fixing• Create variant baseline for further customization regularly• Provide input to FST testing and NDT testing • Test cases creation for FST and NDT testing• Consistent variant management when software is updated and ensuring available and new product variants are updated to reflect new functionality or bug-fixes• Support the HW build and the improvement of manufacturing failure rate • Maintain Flashing environment• Develop and maintain variant various tools• Document good practices to continuous improve organizational operation efficiency

1，Responsibilities: Responsible for Design, develop and test the Integration and CM tools development of MDS LJ Integration team.Use the bug tracking system and the software build/release system to optimize the process of the software integration and the management.Related Achievements:Created the Motorola integration and CM Tool’s development process and the function framework. That optimize the process of the integration. And these tools can help the manager to Quantized the work efficiency, the time to resolve the bug was reduction for the software engineer.2，Responsibilities: Responsible for the top-level Makefiles, product configurations, memory maps, and phone image generation, check build issues for the LinuxJava platform.Related Achievements:As the build environment engineer and the component achitect, I improved the process and the framework of the build env. the build time for millions of the code can be reduced to about 25 minute. Adding the system and the mechanism to check the build issue, that can help the engineer can check the build issue himself. I also make the bug number for this part of the software close to 0.3，Responsibilities: Develop the application like the Phone Master Clear /Master Reset on the Linuxjava Platform. And also develop the Memory map application when the phone boot up.Related Achievements:As the application engineer and the achitect, I improved the process and the framework of this part of the application. Optimize the data interface of the application and change the massage format. That can reduce the execute time for the mate clear and the master reset time to less than 1 minute from 3-5 minute. And also reduce the phone boot up time to about 25 second from about 31 second.
