Project management and completion of front end engineering design (FEED) studies, scopes of work, project schedules, project CAPEX budgets, risk registers, procurement of major equipment, HAZOPs and detailed engineering for a $25.6MM CAPEX Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) vessel mooring systems upgrades project at a LNG marine terminal berth in Melchorita, Peru and a $27.2MM CAPEX expansion of a central production heavy sour crude processing facility in the Kurdistan Region of Northern Iraq. Mentored junior project engineers. Prepared contractor service orders, executive summaries of wave and vessel simulation data, evaluations of various mooring technologies, project management plans (PMPs), project risk registers, process flow diagrams (PFDs), process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), CAPEX project budgets, authorizations for expenditures (AFEs), financial investment decision (FID) presentations, equipment/material/service requisitions and technical bid analyses. Chairman of PERU LNG Operator Advisory Committee and represented the company as the principal member evaluating and making recommendations on technical and operational issues and solutions. Interfaced with reservoir, drilling, operations, commercial, purchasing, human resources, environmental, safety, security, and government affairs departments to achieve project objectives.
