My main responsibilities include:• Lead a remote team of 6 developers using Scrum and an on-site team of 3 developers using Scrumban, while collaborating with 2 designers.• Backlog management.• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies.• Product discovery.• Stakeholder alignment.• User story creation.• Monitoring progress and metrics.

• Management and prioritizing the product backlog.• Product backlog refinement and writing of user stories.• Documentation of all new process and product (Confluence/Jira, Notion).• Develop mockups for the products in design program (Figma).• Present our products and train our costumer and partners (auctioneers and real estate agencies).• Responsible for the Pipefy platform implementation and done integrations with Clicksign, Pipedrive, RD Station, Typeform, Convenia etc.• Responsible for reducing R$65k/year (2022) negotiating our hired platforms plans and canceling replaceable tools after studies of usability with internal users.• Studied and researched new tools and methodologies in order to automate and optimize the operations process.• Coordinate projects to integrate our systems with third parties.• Responsible for the implementation of some methodologies, such as NPS and OKR.• Sent e-mail marketing campaign on RD Station and Mailchimp plataform.• Created optimized Google spreadsheets as a product to support some areas, such as Marketing, Financial and Operation.

• Created and performed A/B tests in payed medias, Facebook and Instagram included.• Metrics monitoring, elaboration of reports and presentation of the data generated by Google Analytics of the company's websites, by digital influencers on social medias and by payed medias campaign.• Customer service, answering user ratings on App Store, Google Play and Gmail.

• Issued payment slips and invoices.• Analyzed the viability of logistics projects in order to reduce the costs.• Registrated new costumers on the CRM.• Greeted the public as well as answered phone calls.
