Responsible for the efficiency & functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.Member of the senior management team reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).Main responsibilities:- design and implement business strategies (including Lean Thinking), plans & procedures- establish policies that promote company culture & vision (Collective Ambition)- assist CEO in expansion activities such as investments, corporate alliances & business strategies- manage customer´s relationship & support- oversee daily operations of the company (including interface with different areas such as Marketing & Sales, Human Resources and Finance)- set comprehensive goals for performance and growth- evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data & metrics (including SCRUM process)- lead employees to encourage maximum performance, professionalism & dedication- write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance

Procurement, Development &SCM of Interiors & Structures ( all EMBRAER's Programs ) with a spend of more than US$ 1,2 BI / year.

* Procurement, Development, Purchase and Supply Chain Management of products in the aircraft category (metallic and non-metallic) with a spend of more than R$ 400 MM / year.* Planning, programming and control of industrialized materials of Subcontracted companies (around 60,000 different part numbers).* Administration of accomplishment levels in production lines, assembly and after-sales to assure proper balance with inventory levels of finished products.* Service contracts management (65 suppliers from the Local Productive Arrangement).* Supplier Risk Management.* Leader in charge of a multidisciplinary cell (Subcontracting, Engineering and Supplier Quality).* Manager in charge of a team of 100 employees (7 supervisors and 93 professionals including Senior Engineers, Contract Administrators and Supply Analysts).

* Was in charge of the Logistic Planning and integration of multi-plant logistic activities (Brazil).* Leader in charge of supporting the implementation of the logistic processes in international plants such as Harbin (China), Melbourne (USA) and Evora (Portugal).* Management of Commercial Receiving, Storage, Transportation, Picking, Kit Assembly, Line Supply, Rotation Inventory, Shipping and Reverse Logistic.* Was in charge of introducing the Lean philosophy throughout the Industrial Logistic area.* Was in charge of a budget (expenses and investments) of around US$ 25 MM / year.* Manager in charge of a team of 750 employees (50 Supervisors / Engineers and Logistic Analysts, and 700 Logistic Operators) located in 3 different plants and distributed in 24x7 shifts plus 100 indirect third part employees in subcontrated companies.

* Was in charge of organizing the Material Administration area.* Pioneered the revision of the Logistic processes (receiving, storage, supply and shipping).* Was a leader of the Material Handling Project, focused on improving Embraer’s logistic infrastructure to support an increase in output (from 4 aircraft to 12 aircraft starting 1999).* Manager responsible for 4 supervisions comprising 60 Logistic Operators.
