Os atendimentos foram feitos via telefone e e-mail em português e inglês, pelo Brasil e a América do Norte. A função desenvolvida tem como base a identificação de possíveis problemas nas ferramentas utilizadas pelos usuários. O maior objetivo conquistado no trabalho foi atender com qualidade e efetividade resolvendo o máximo de questões nas ligações aumentando o FCR (first call resolution), evitando aberturas de incidências para o segundo nível.
