As a Manufacturing Trainee, I’ve spent 3 months in Brazil attending to on-the-job trainings related to the tire manufacturing process: from shop floor to production and service departments. After this period, I’ve gone on a 6 month period in Hannover, in one of Continental’s German offices, working in 3 projects from different areas with the objective of expanding knowledge in the tire business. Our team was formed by trainees from 6 different countries, working together in a multicultural and diverse environment.
