With over 8 years of experience in content management, creative direction, and online marketing, I am passionate about creating and maintaining a safe, diverse, and inclusive community for TikTok users. I am a Senior Delivery Lead for Trust and Safety Operations at TikTok, where I oversee the content safety and quality of the short video products, as well as the operational excellence and performance improvement of the team.In my current role, I serve as the primary contact between various departments and external partners to improve TikTok community and user experiences. I also independently deliver training to new joiners, carry out staffing, capacity planning, hiring, and other ad-hoc tasks. Additionally, I produce scientific analysis, identify the ecological trends in TikTok community, and provide constructive feedback to ensure community content safety. I leverage my skills in data analysis, user experience and legal regulations knowledge to engage in the improvement and operation strategies of the Content Management System, and to coordinate with supervising departments to timely deal with contents violating our community regulation.
