I have many years working experience from medical device company that affect people´s live. Worked with various roles and responsibilities over the years in Operations and Supply Chain processes in Pilot Plant. Some of working experiences are Lean tools as Gemba boards, Kaizen, Kata, and Kanban implementation in intermediate production.My key strengths lie in developing strategies and tools to work with anchoring them in the organization by focusing on behaviors and habits for sustained change in my teams. I possess a unique capability to operate successfully at working on transformation processes and preparing teams to be change-ready. I work well across functions, in teams and towards the stakeholders. My biggest assets are my ability to lead a team with a strong determination to make a difference commercially as well as humanly. I´m described by colleagues as an action oriented honest, effective, and empathic leader.
