What I have learned from account management, customer relationship management, networking, employee management, and new business development has forged me into the professional I am today. Second, every aspect of marketing. What began with curiosity and intrinsic motivation to teach myself how to blog and communicate socially online, turned into a career where I learned how to manage anything from simple blogs to traditional media buys in multiple markets throughout the U.S. Third, analyzing every aspect of the marketing chain, from intake to revenue production, and making alterations to improve ROI along the way.
