Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. • Devise implement and supervises efficient, cost-effective, high quality review processes on a case-by-case basis. • Collaborate with attorneys and Electronic Discovery team in order to facilitate a unified, comprehensive approach to e-discovery review and production requirements. • Closely monitor performance of review projects as well as individual reviewers and provide regular reporting to manage projects to their key goals and deadlines, including focusing on efficiencies in data review and analysis • Formulate review workflows for privilege review and privilege log creation. • Review and interpret document requests in order to contribute to strategic plans to satisfy requirements and meet production deadlines. • Understand review platforms and database functionality and follow emerging technologies; participate in the vendor and platform selection process to assure the appropriate tools and functionalities are applied based on the needs of specific cases and to optimize review efficiency. • Utilize database and review platform functionality to track reviewer performance, batch assignments, QC work product of reviewers, report on project status and budget, and respond to attorney requests for substantive analysis of database content.
