▪ Implementação e desenvolvimento do plano de preventiva fazendo gestão da equipe interna e terceiros com foco no histórico dos equipamentos;▪ Elaboração de KPI’s de manutenção MTTR, MTBF, Downtime e Confiabilidade;▪ Elaboração e gerenciamento do OEE da planta estratificando e analisando semanalmente junto a alta direção;▪ Desenvolvimento de fornecedores estratégicos para otimização de resultados e melhora do desempenho dos equipamentos;▪ Desenvolvimento de treinamento sobre Tipos de Manutenção, TPM e OEE para toda planta;▪ Coordenação de rotinas de manutenção e criação de procedimentos;▪ Coordenação de tryout de novos equipamentos desenvolvendo layout, fluxo de processo e procedimentos internos;▪ Desenvolvimento de novas tecnologias de manutenção;

• Participation in TPM methodology implementation in automotive plant, monitoring the entire process reporting LATAM high direction status and opportunities in the process;• Preparation, monitoring and analysis of downtime maintenance indicators, MTTR, MTBF and OEE for weekly and monthly reporting with high direction LATAM and Local Coordination;• Planning, preparation and monitoring of preventive maintenance and autonomous maintenance activities; Planning and monitoring of maintenance costs according to budget;• Monitoring of failure analyses (RCFA) and preparation of action plans;• Monitoring of internal and external audits IATF;• Reporting to maintenance manager.

• Responsible for planning and execution of projects using DMAIC methodology aiming at increasing productivity and saving generation, working directly with maintenance and reporting management;• Planning, coordination and execution of KAIZEN events focusing on 5S and Quality;• Monitoring of SMED to reduce setup and dissemination times with operational and maintenance team; VSM planning and execution for current map analysis and waste reduction;• Main Champion of Value Stream Flow and TPM in the automotive plant, planning activities and monitoring of action plan reporting the senior direction status for CMS certification;• Use of Lean Manufacturing and PDCA methodology for opportunity analysis and waste reduction throughout the process;• Responsible for ministering and developing training and integration with a focus on Lean Manufacturing, 5S and TPM; Implementation of methodology and culture 5S performing monitoring with monthly audits.

• Responsible for support in control and execution of 5S audits; Internal training on 5S and KAIZEN; Organization and participation of Kaizen events; Support and participation in VSM of every plant;• Support in Johnson Controls Manufacturing System implementation.

• Management of all company's SGQ process; Development of new suppliers; Monitoring, measurement and monitoring of production processes; Implementation system ISSO 9001-2008;• Leadership operational team of machining performing team training and KPI'S monitoring; Operation, preparation and programming of CNC control machines FANUC.
