Currently working at Desktop Services Group DTSG as a Help Desk Manager and support analyst. I support all areas of the business in relation to our network services, hardware and software issues. Some of the responsibilities include troubleshooting, updating accounts, maintaining relationships with third party providers, etc. Working towards my CCNA Routing and Switching. My goal is to attain a dynamic and challenging job that will offer me the best opportunity for further development of my abilities, skills and knowledge in an established firm with long term career growth possibilities.
