Reporting to either Business Development or Engineering and Ops VP´s, Main responsibility was customer support at implementation and Operation of Satellite Networks for both Fixed and Occasional Services,• I implemented customer support KPI´s, procedures and tools to increase customer satisfaction, achieving a 0% churn rate due to technical/support issues; it positioned Satmex as a LatAm leader and made it a player in US. These facts created favorable conditions and very aggressive bids when company was finally sold to Eutelsat allowing them a successful insertion at American markets.• I leaded the teams defining payload technical specifications for Satmex 6 and Satmex 8, built by Maxar (former SSL) and for Satellites Satmex 7 and Satmex 9, manufactured by Boeing. These satellites technically complement each other to offer redundancy and both continental and regional coverage. I established and led the second-level Support team at Mexican Satellites, focused on efficiently resolving interference cases. I supervised the progress of the Satmex 5 project interfacing with Boeing, reporting events to the VP in Mexico. Coordinated antenna optimization, meeting design criteria, and resolving incidents during construction. The satellite excelled technically and commercially, achieving full capacity within the first year, driving Satmex's international expansion in the US and Latin America, consolidating its regional leadership.

I supervised the operation of the Mexican Satellites Morelos and Solidaridad fleet, including health monitoring, in-orbit maintenance, and configuration of Bus and Payload systems on HS-376 and HS-601 satellites from Hughes Space Communications (now Boeing).

I designed and built a high-power transmitter for meteorite detection on UNAMSAT satellites. As mission engineer for UNAMSAT-1, I installed a TT&C station at Moscow University and witnessed satellite launch from Pletzesk aboard a Star rocket.
