Computers are great at repetitive work, and I'm definitely fallible in comparison. I'd rather trust the computer to do things the right way. Graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB) with a B.S. degree in Computer Science.Over 10 years, I've worked in the DevOps space for a variety of industries, such as bioinformatics, insurance, and telecommunications. This breadth of experience has given me great insight into what is required for DevOps to work, and how everyone can change it to what's needed within their space.While I started in the Games Industry, I quickly took on other roles to both expand my knowledge base and to learn about prioritization in other industries. It's been 8 years since then, and I've learned greatly from the variety of industries I've participated in. However, I now want to go back to doing what I love, and I want to bring the skills I've developed and knowledge I've gained with me.
