Instructor of two logistic courses with a primary emphasis in Foreign Military Sales, International Logistics and Supply Management. Served as the senior international logistics and supply management team evaluator for both military and civilian students from 22 US partner nations in Latin America and the Middle East. Responsible for developing and establishing procedures for monitoring INL-funded commodities to ensure they were used in compliance with the agreements under which they were provided to the Colombian Counter Narcotics and assistance programs. As a result, a summary of all elements monitored was sent to Washington in a formal annual EUM report for each calendar year, including consolidated information regarding the assets donated and their status, as well as the program's impact. Ensured treceipt processing and safe storage of confidential, secret and mission capable C-130 assets. Validated a $22M stock room and updated 180 labels/locations, sustaining a 99% inventory rate. Director of 240+ host nation translators representing nine countries in Central and South America during a five month deployment.
