With an active career in the Product Development area, I conducted activities aimed at planning and executing projects in the area, working in national and multinational companies in the fields of Electromechanics and Automotive;Some of the main activities I develop:• Team leadership, working with engagement, feedbacks, training, evaluation and development;• Conducting analysis, research and studies of changes and development of new products;• Conducting the planning and monitoring of the project's development phases;• Feasibility study for manufacturing, revision and improvements in projects, modifications of drawings, form of manufacture, aiming to guarantee deadlines and continuous improvement with quality and efficiency;• Define raw materials and tools; propose corrective actions, cost reduction, increased productivity, project changes and deadline;• Responsible for issuing documents for industrialization; development and approval of the schedule, plans and proofs of verification and validation of projects, according to technical specifications;• Perform the analysis on the results of the tests, monitor the products returned under warranty and identify the problem; prepares reports and statements; participate in product testing;• Prospecting for new business, providing technical support to national automakers and defining the concept of new products; preparation of technical presentations, design review, preparation of test plans and budgets; experience in the selection of plastic and metallic materials;• Conducting national and international trips in search of opportunities; definition of technical specifications related to products;• Creation and monitoring of schedules, cost optimization of products, resource estimation;• International trips to USA, France, Germany and Turkey to negotiate with international clients;• Coordination of product assembly to meet the demands of customer events;• Coordination of the construction of prototypes to attend the initial events of customers
