Main technical resource of the High Voltage Battery pack for transportation projects. Responsible for all system engineering activities and deliverables and for leading pack-level technical discussions. Responsible for the product architecture and product requirement compliance matrix. Work closely with our engineering design team, prototype engineering team, key suppliers, validation/testing team, customers, program management, and business development on key technical issues; analyzing and defining requirements, architectures and components that derive into safe, reliable, feasible, effective and cost efficient for the HV battery packs.

• Engineering of Front Camera ECU to be launch MY19 on at a Global scale.• Feature set to integrate top-notch driver assistance technology such as Traffic Jam Assist, Pedestrian and Cyclist Braking, Vision Based Adaptive Cruise Control, Fused Traffic Sign Recognition, Glare Free High Beam.• Technology set requiring AUTOSAR, Cybersecurity, ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, Ethernet, CANFD architectures.• Meet Customer and External Validation Requirements such as Environmental, EMC Communications, Diagnostics, FMVSS for headlamps lighting, NHTSA Forward Collision Alert, Euro-NCAP Automatic Electronic Braking, ISO 26262 Functional Safety Case approval, Cybersecurity approval. • Lead each of the Functional leads for SW, EE, Mech, Systems, Validation, Verification, Functional Safety, Data Collection of the projects are their deliverables. • Management of Engineering Tasks under the process deliverable matrix and project timing plan.• Configuration Management and Release of Product Delivery Notes, Prototypes and Bill of Materials.• Change Request (Internal and External) and Defects Management.• Management of engineering risks and issues.• Use of 8D for Validation and Customer found Defects, to successful containment, root cause and solution verification, with depth as involving sub-supplier responses.• Engineering Exceptions, Assumptions • Product Engineering phase and gate reviews, as well as Customer Technical Peer Reviews. • Consolidated technical responses for customer-driven technical changes and their impacts in cost and timing from Engineering.
