In charge to plan, manage, and execute the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain ways of work and standars for Grupo Bimbo in Panama. Projects optimization, innovation and development through adherence to integrity and ethics policies, to increase productivity by managing capital expenses (Capex) and operational expenses (Opex). Maintain and improve primary, secondary, and international logistics operation to deliver an acceptable service level. Acquisition through events of machinery, vehicles, technologies, 3PLs and equipment for the supply chain.

Temporary position required to develop the business model transformation of Bimbo de Panamá. Responsible for designing the framework, documenting, and creating synergies with local directors, based on the country's labor laws. In charge of strategic procurements to supply the necessary materials, facilities, and assets for the headquarters of the group’s new subsidiary in Panamá.

Implementation of special projects in supply chain for Bimbo Panama.• Lean Six Sigma and 5 S's Methodology: white and yellow belt certification.• Coordinate training of logistics processes to operational staff: distribution and inverse logistics.
