SIMON is a scalable, agile and flexible sensor integration and information sharing platform created by SRI under contract to NAVAIR for:• Quick deployment of new distributed systems with an open Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).• Federating existing enterprise systems.• Quickly adding new functionality to existing systems.• Rapid insertion of enterprise data and analytics services as well as making real-time sensor data available as information on the enterprise.• Secure information sharing across applications and Communities of Interest.The SIMON platform was developed under contract for the U.S. Government and accordingly the Government has unlimited rights to the SIMON platform software and associated technical documentation. Its distribution is subject to applicable export restrictions.

Led the National Maritime Domain Awareness Coordination Office (NMCO) effort in designing and executing a MDA Interagency Solutions Analysis (IASA) process. The IASA is a "whole-of-government" approach to developing collaborative interagency solutions to address national MDA capability gaps.
