The only Forbes 5-star awarded hotel in the Pacific Northwest, Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is the premier luxury destination in the city. As the Assistant IT manager, I am responsible for managing and supporting the IT operations for the whole hotel, as well as provide support to guests and clients. Some of the key areas that I oversee are asset management, PCI security vulnerabilities, helpdesk, and vendor contracts and relationships.Accomplishments Mobile Device Management – Designed the mobile device management infrastructure for all iOS devices using Airwatch. Created templates to easily deploy software and policy updates to teams, while simplifying these tasks for IT. Employee Processing – Migrated employee on/off boarding procedures from using a Lotus Notes database to use ServiceNow in order to effectively track requests and streamline the procedure for all teams. Network Hardening – Secured all public meeting room spaces to enhance security posture and created a new SOP for client requested access to wired network connections.Implemented new procedure to document inspections of credit card processing hardware, which automated reporting to the IT department and simplifying the procedure for the end user. The application model has since been mirrored and is being deployed across all US properties. Received “Manager of the Quarter” in Q2 2018 for demonstrating excellent leadership.

The Setai is an intimate, serene oceanfront resort located in South Beach, Florida. My responsibilities included incident management within the helpdesk platform, IT asset management and deployment, network infrastructure maintenance and development, and enhancing the in-room technology that was offered to our guests. Accomplishments Created a detailed report of all company hardware and software assets using Track-IT Asset Management software. Helped deploy new fiber and Cat6 wiring throughout many areas of the resort.Developed and implemented digital IT handbook which included troubleshooting guides, vendor information, network topology and a comprehensive hardware inventory.Created a guest technology guidebook that simplified and documented how guest can interact with the technology amenities in the guest rooms.Received Employee of the Month award for May 2014.

Acqualina is a boutique resort that is recognized throughout the world as a premier oceanfront destination in North America, and has achieved a prestigious 5-Star/ 5-Diamond rating. While with Acqualina, I aided in the maintenance and operation of all IT aspects of the hotel. My primary role was focused on helpdesk support for all hardware and software related issues ranging from networking, peripherals, telecommunication, workstation repair, and user account creation.

Through my tenure with Staples, I oversaw all sales and services of the new EasyTech IT Support service at the Palm Desert location. I was responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting all computers brought in for service. Additionally, I worked on the sales floor primarily focusing on the selling of technology products. I would say my biggest impact at this Staples was helping to develop a strong relationship with the community as a trustworthy company to bring your computer in for repair service.
