In charge of requesting other managers their team’s daily COVID status, ensure operations delivery during the pandemic, generate, review and deliver Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports. Client meetings to check the status of deliverables, performance reviews and appraisals. Interviewed candidate prospects for QA, Triage, System Monitoring and Code updates roles. Main Achievements: Triage: To feed and track the Android Q launch blocker items, identify owners and root causes for more than 300 bugs obtained from crowd testing and internal testing. Coordinate, document, launch and train the whole team on the new Evals Monitoring project, with a total of 102 issues logged. Support Ops Manager: In charge of 3 Transition projects that involved managing the delivery of previous projects owned by different teams in a record time, besting the previous team’s performance, the client requested documentation of success cases for implementation in future projects. Started the Code Migration efforts for the dev support team, with more than 12 new resources, ensuring training and documentation were appropriate, after finishing the onboarding phase, the team received appraisals due to performance and quality of the delivery.
