BERTOLDI, a recognized company with more than 80 years in the market, in Distribution of professional Cosmetics products, for brands L'Oreal, Alfaparf, Wella, Schwarkopf, Tigi, Moroccanoil, with coverage in several Argentine provinces.In this role, I learned to manage the growth and evolution of a family-based commercial company, making business interests compatible with family life. I learned to debate ideas and strategic decisions, participating in the Executive Board with company partners.I learned to define a medium/long-term Business Development Plan, with management, economic and financial indicators, associated with a Budget.I learned to reorganize and define Management and Control Procedures, in all areas (logistics, purchasing, sales, labor, tax), with the use of available IT tools.I learned the laws and regulations of Argentina, at the Civil, Commercial, Labor and Tax level, to avoid expenses in lawsuits and non-compliance.I learned to evaluate PV Locations, to get closer to the consumer and achieve profitability in less time. To better negotiate Leases and create long-term relationships with owners. I learned to select Collaborators (in all areas), train them, motivate them, encourage them and guide them, to achieve the Objectives, with a focus on the Commercial area (counter salespeople, traveling salespeople).I learned to manage related Educational Services, to manage them as a collateral Business Unit, with very good synergy with the Core business. I learned to develop Franchises, expanding the number of PVs with investors, and to improve the economy of scale in Purchasing.What I learned, plus my experience and academic base, contributed to the takeoff of the Business, going from 3 Points of Sale to more than 16 when I left it, its own Professional Distribution Center, and an effective Franchisee scheme, leaving BERTOLDI in a situation Sustainable to follow its Evolution.
