Jobsite leader - responsible for designing, executing and evaluating wellsite operations. Represent Baker Hughes by interacting with customers and delivering front line technical services and solutions with respect to our drilling, evaluation, completion and production technologies.• Analysis of parameters in drilling operations for Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador and Venezuela• Remote control and assistance of simultaneous drilling operations of multiple oil platforms• Optimization of drilling time (decreased by 30%) and total production of wells (increase of 50% in barrels produced) thanks to an effective geo-navigation inside of the oil and gas reservoir• Reduction of the costs associated to non-productive times through the use of only Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA)

I designed, executed and evaluated operations in 28 oil platforms both Onshore and Offshore for clients of Baker Hughes as BP, Petrobras and Ecopetrol.• Steering and monitoring of drilling operations with several kind of BHA in difficult environments: high risk and long periods of uninterrupted work (25 days on average)• Team management : 4 engineers and between 5 to 8 field technicians• Analysis and evaluation of geological data while drilling to report the Geologist• Safety management of the equipment ensured the health of team and the environment: 0 personal or team accidents during operations under my responsibility• Design and operate computer software, which operates the machines and tools.• Identify and resolve problems as they arise.
