Working closely with the Programme Manager to assist with maintaining the NOWTV tech roadmap. Including:- Identifying and mitigating risks potential risks to projects - Understanding and coordinating dependencies (both external and internal) to NOWTV- Analysing and improving the work intake processes for NOWTV tech. 2nd Rotation - Technical Analyst | Content DiscoveryWorked within the Search team to help form solutions, plan/estimate work and assist teams in working in a Kanban environment.-Worked with developers to run through proposed solutions (giving overall context as well as technical detail) and assessed whether they were viable or not. Worked with developers/architects to come up with alternatives if solutions were not possible.- Gave estimates of how long work would take the teams, feeding that information back to other analysts, scrum masters and project managers. Flagged risks, dependencies and any warnings the solutions had. - Ran planning sessions to create tickets for developers to work from. Teaching Assistant for a group of Year 9 girls to complete the Programming Challenge for Girls. Judged entries as well as offered help and guidance with the ALICE software. Helped the class to understand how the activities linked to programming. Encouraged the girls to think about Computer Science as an option for their studies

-Managed 19 committee members as well as over 200 members of the society. -Oversaw all aspects of the society including, all production departments, events/socials, finances and marketing. Guided the creation of a new UEA:TV brand and set out the societies goals and objectives for the year.-Liaised with the UEA Union as well as the other UEA media societies. -The society won two awards at the Nastional Student Television Awards (UEA:TV had not won any awards in over 10 years) as well as placing in the top three for a number of categories.
