Proud member of the Beeomarkers Team, actively contributing to the development of a biosensor for detecting GFAP protein as a Traumatic Brain Injury indicator. Leveraging plasmon-enhanced technologies and gold nanoparticles, we successfully represented our country and university in the prestigious SensUs 2023 Student Competition, securing the first-ever gold medal for our groundbreaking work.

Throughout my internship, I gained hands-on experience in Chemical Processing, specifically in Copper Plating, as well as exposure to Nital Etch line, Non-destructive Inspection Techniques (FPI and MPI), and Heat Treatment Furnaces (Carburizing, Nitriding, Tempering). This practical application allowed me to seamlessly integrate theoretical knowledge acquired at TAI, providing a comprehensive understanding of the entire process workflow.

As a founding member and part of the organizing team for the International Biotechnology and Life Sciences competition, a significant event within the framework of Istanbul Technical University's 250th anniversary, I played a key role in orchestrating the Biosensor department. The competition, known as the International BioGate Competition, attracts undergraduate students worldwide and is organized by Istanbul Technical University students in collaboration with esteemed professors from various global institutions.

I successfully concluded my internship at the Blast Furnaces unit, actively participating in the operation of the blast furnace and gaining hands-on experience in the production process of raw iron. This immersive experience extended beyond theoretical knowledge, allowing me to witness the entire iron production process, from melting iron ore to the practical formation of the end product, during certain days spent in other units.
