- Developed three consumer perception surveys to understand consumers’ sentiments towards corporate social efforts in Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil.- Edited and approved two practical guides on refugee hiring processes for businesses in Colombia and Mexico; collaborated closely with government officers, policymakers, and UNHCR leaders in each country.- Executed updates of 1000+ data points on Salesforce and restructured the organization’s 500+ contact and member records to improve operational efficiency within the organization. - Coordinated two events for 150+ people each for leading business representatives about the importance of hiring refugees amid the wake of the Venezuelan refugee crisis.- Supported 5+ companies in drafting formal commitments and cooperated with the Private Partnerships team to strategize ways for potential partners to incorporate refugees into their operating business models.- Executed communications efforts with officers in large local and multinational companies in LatAm, including direct correspondence, pitch deck preparations, document translations and briefing documents to strengthen ties and motivate engagement.

Summer intern at the Analysis and Research department of Chamber of Industry Guatemala (CIG). CIG represents the country's chapter of the International Chamber of Commerce.- Formulated the business plan, including market research, budget planning and pitch presentation material for a new business innovation hub.- Designed the strategy for a new digital service that connects small and medium-sized businesses to large businesses within the country and abroad to incentivize investment and cross-industry collaboration.- Benchmarked innovative strategies for CIG communications operations and marketing initiatives to optimize membership retention and foster growth.- Wrote lobbying briefs, including trade analysis, to ensure aligned team collaboration for negotiations between CIG and US high-ranking officials.

Principal Investigator: Professor Mario Chacón- Researched macro and microeconomic patterns in the agricultural sector in Guatemala throughout democratization periods from 1980 to 2016 to understand market development and policy implications.- Collected, classified, and contributed to digitization efforts of historical documents from 5 physical databases around the country to facilitate cross-country team collaboration.
