Web And User Interface DesignerCharitableway Aug 1999 - Apr 2001Produced and designed an application of 94 screens for a financial product site, which will be used by major brokerage houses as well as home users. The product features a create an account process, a personal account section, an organization search as well as a granting and account funding process. The site had to be highly usable yet efficient enough to support a largely diversified user base.Designed a UI of 50 screens for our Corporate Management Center's online reports tool. I was tasked with designing sort-able data reports and graphs within a very limited horizontal space. I was able to utilize CSS and my cross platform browser knowledge to alleviate any potential pit falls.Developed a UI of 40 screens web based pledge management system. The application handled data entry, tracking and reconciliation of paper pledges from United Way Silicon Valley's various pledge campaigns to the Charitableway system.Designed an UI for "home-grown" CRM product. I designed a very efficient and clean design for the search, customer profile, transaction history and comments sections. Created 30 screen corporate website including a flash animation and registration process. Designed focused home page that targeted three different customers with specific marketing messages. Additionally I gave the end user the ability to access any section of the site they desired, which was not previously the case.
