I graduated from Central York High School in May 2007, since then I worked some part-time jobs leading up to my decision to go to Keystone Technical Institute in April 2013. I took place in the 'Exercise & Wellness - Personal Training' program there, which lasted 10 months. I graduate Keystone Technical Institute on June 20, 2014. I went on to be the number two fitness trainer at newly opened PowerTrain York. My success there and experience took me to accept the assistant directing position at PowerTrain Shrewsbury. There, I handled coaching, selling, public outreach, financial duties, and marketing of the gym until the owner decided to shut the facility down due to poor demographics. I went on to take the position of bindery worker at Maple Press afterward.Although I work currently in a plant, my passion lies with fitness, nutrition, and bettering the health of both physical and mental of my community. I aspire to work with high school and collegiate athletes in strength and conditioning. I am currently certified under ISSA. I am studying NSCA and hope to be complete soon.
