Directed ongoing strategy, communications, and planning for national college/university (C/U)partner member retention and student member engagement programs. Increased the number of C/U partners from 600 to 850 in the first year.Directed three national student leadership programs: the National Student Advisory Council,Campus Action Project grant, and AAUW student organizations. Managed the application process, curriculum design, and assessment strategies for all three programs. Responsible for planning weekend orientation and leadership retreat for student advisory council.Oversaw the substantial growth of the AAUW national student organization program with minimum cost. Created student leader training content on recruitment, fundraising, budgeting, leadership transition, and other topics. Provided technical support and guidance to student leaders, advisors, and interested volunteers.Served as a team leader for AAUW’s Clinton Global Initiative strategic partnership. Co-coordinatedthe student delegation to the 2013 and 2014 Clinton Global Initiative University (CGIU) summit.Provided leadership and support for a national conference of almost 1,000 women student leaders.Developed online and in-person content to train and engage college partners, volunteer leaders,and others on topics related to higher education, women and leadership, and building communitypartnerships.Served as staff liaison to Board of Directors college/university relations committee. Worked withstate and branch volunteer leaders to establish and strengthen relationships with local colleges.Managed the C/U team involving one program associate and two interns.
