Wilks was a Private Equity backed company (by The Wicks Group of Companies) that owned 21 radio stations in 6 markets with approximately $60 million of revenue and $30 million of EBITDA prior to executing a divestiture strategy. I started at the Company shortly after its formation and stayed until the last station was sold.Highlights of my experience include 4 balance sheet recapitalizations and completing 14 acquistions and divestiture transactions totaling over $470 million. Maintained industry leading EBITDA margins and was able to cut over $6 million of costs within 30 days of acquistion. I had 15 direct reports and 19 indirect reports in Accounting, HR, Engineering, IT and Digital departments. I reported to the CEO and Board.
