Oversaw all facets of year-round program including: training and development of staff, management of competitions, fundraisers, outreach efforts to underserved populations, committee development, financial records, public relations, public awareness. Interviewed and selected best qualified individuals to represent the Area on the leadership team, met weekly to distribute guidance on projects/programs and ensure needs of the athletes were being met. Championed major fundraising event (Polar Plunge), developed marketing strategy and hosted public relation events to draw support. Authored program summaries and sponsor packages/briefed at senior levels of local businesses to garner support. Event ended with 2nd largest participation rate in history: 365 “plungers”, 200 volunteers and $103,000 donations, securing large portion of annual budget.

Liaised with recruiting squadrons across the country to coordinate delayed enlistment training programs and post-graduation recruiter assistance.Led the coordination of emergency response plans for two Keesler AFB Air Shows and multiple Special Olympics Summer Games.Directed professional military training for over 29,000 graduates year over year.Consistently recognized by senior leadership for outstanding performance within the TRG.
