I worked as a lead software engineer on two teams, maintaining four greenfield product using .Net Core Microservices, Docker, Angular 5.X, React, and Bootstrap 3.7/4. I designed and maintain their .net core microservice architecture and support it for the organization. I lead the “skunkworks” architecture team and have created two products in my spare time on this team. I designed and implemented a Search service using Elasticsearch and ETL. I built and maintain several internal applications that help support and deploy the platform. I designed and implemented a CI/CD deployment strategy in Visual Studio Online (VSTS). Built and maintained loan aggregation platform using C# 4.0 leveraging multi-threaded and Parallel Processing based data loading. I was also responsible for transferring data roles from the old legacy system over to my new platform and training the team on the new responsibilities for the new platform. Processing times went from hours to minutes across data feeds as large as 28 million records by 600+ columns per monthly feeds. At the time of my departure, our product had over a billion rows of monthly data which was used on trade desks for bond investments. I was also responsible for seeking talent and creating a development team of which I managed. We followed the scrum methodology.
