With a strong background in working with different software applications and a keen eye for detail, I am able to provide my trainees with practical, real-world examples that help them apply what they learn in the classroom to their day-to-day work.In addition to my training expertise, I am also experienced in project management used as part of my customer onboarding role. I've led numerous software onboarding projects from start to finish and this gives me a unique perspective on how software tools are developed and used, which I am able to share with my learners to help them better understand the software they are learning.I'm committed to providing a tailored experience for each client.
