I am currently the lead for our Agile at Scale transformation services and the senior Jira Align solution architect in the Advisory Services group at Eficode. I work with our largest customers across the banking & financial services, healthcare and oil & natural gas industries to plan larger scale agile transformation strategies. Most customer engagements are multi-country and involve adopting practices related to agile portfolio management, including guidance of the associated program and individual teams.I am also the senior Jira Align solution architect and in that capacity have been directly involved in the implementation of Jira Align with several customers. I've lead initial implementations, expansion efforts of programs and portfolio along with developing and delivery custom services that help support customers early in the implementation process. In this role I also support the development of other Eficode solution architects through shadowing, mentoring and internal training actives with them.

After an Eficode acquisition of a company that was located across three nordic countries, including Denmark, I was asked to support the expansion of business into the DACH region that was just being established. This involved supporting the country manager in that region with internal, cross country operational actives and also to act as lead account manager for our largest customer at the time in Germany, the energy sector of the German Stock Exchange.

In my role as country manager of Eficode, Denmark, I was directly responsible for all areas of the business, including business development and operations. I structured our business strategy for all lines of revenue, consulting and platform service offerings, and secured several of our largest corporate customers across a variety of industries. During my tenure, as country manager, I grew the business from a local start-up sized unit, into a profitable and operationally stable business unit of our parent company, Eficode Oy, in Finland.In addition, I was directly involved in shaping customer transformation strategies. This involved working closely with executive and senior leaders, to understand their challenges and tailor a foundation from which our consultants and technical experts could implement a variety of automation, tooling and infrastructure related improvements. As Head of DevOps & Enterprise Service Platforms, my six global teams provided critical support to over 35 of the most strategically important applications and enterprise platforms within Maersk - responsible for contributing over 100M USD annually to the Maersk Liner business. As a member of the Maersk Line IT and Maersk Group IS extended leadership team, I worked closely with leaders and teams across both organizations, to promote the adoption of agile practices and the of incorporation of automation processes established around DevOps methods and tools. Through these methods we transformed the entire delivery chain, from development to operations and infrastructure management. I was contracted by the Department of Health (DH) to provide leadership and management over a project portfolio responsible for delivering an online strategy to several medical training disciplines within the National Health Service (NHS). The program was established in partnership with the Royal Colleges of Medicine and I was responsible for oversight reporting directly to the NHS executive committee.Throughout the duration of the program, I was directly responsible for the management and staffing of all positions required within each of the project delivery teams, remote and locally placed across the United Kingdom.In all, 4 different medical disciplines were represented and over 1400 individual pieces of new training content were planned for development. Final delivery and publication was to be hosted onto the NHS central online platform. Individual projects varied in scope and had multi-year durations, with budgets in excess of 1M pounds (GBP) each.

Managed and led a program of multiple system development projects concurrently, all relating to Unicorn's core business platform that provided custom interfaces to an array of financial services and insurance clients. Worked directly with clients and partners externally to confirm product solutions met their expected requirements and aligned with current regulatory standards. Responsible for coordinating technical solutions with the various development teams, business development and senior management.

Management of a technology team made up of local and remote staff. Primary responsibility was for all applications used to support the development, delivery and tracking of all online learning content used by EarthLink staff and its vendor's globally. Also responsible for providing senior management with guidance and direction for critical department technology related solutions.Managed several key application vendor relationships and acted as the primary conduit with them on behalf of EarthLink.

Lead consultanting advisor tasked with the integration of the Army's learning management system into existing process workflows, to provide a secure, distance learning program for the Joint Interoperability Division. Collaborated with senior military staff to define new graphical user interface templates and data field requirements for a new staff database.Acted as Administrator for the division's online testing application in order to maintain the accuracy of the existing testing databases and compliance with regulations.Position required a United States Security Clearance - Classification: SECRET Status: INACTIVE

Lead consultant responsible for providing project management and guidance for customer's enterprise learning and knowledge platforms. Worked closely with senior management and staff to develop new business processes and workflows surrounding their technology implementations.Scoped and defined all procedures allowing for the integration of third party vendor software, including HR back office systems.Trained all internal technical support staff including helpdesk and top-level system adminstrators.

Lead consultant and project manager responsible for overseeing the implementation of an enterprise learning management system (LMS) for a fortune 1000 customer and SoftVu's largest customer.Was a member of the SoftVu management team, which determined next phase initiatives for all SoftVu product offerings, their implementation methods and development schedules. Also developed a 'turn key'​ workflow methodology for implementing SoftVu's e-Marketing software that reduced time from product sale to deployment significantly.

Managed the PTC instructor certification program globally (North America, Europe & Korea) for internal staff and vendors. Was responsible for coordinating the migration of all training related materials and development content into the Saba learning management system.Developed cost effective web-based delivery tools used to train instructors and consultants worldwide (total savings - $50,000 USD per quarter annually). Also, created and delivered interactive distance learning courses on consulting methodology and implementation strategies for PTC software to global services staff worldwide.

Worked on new product design of electrical connectors and connection systems, as part of a concurrent engineering team environment. During this time, I used 3D modelling software (Pro/ENGINEER) and finite element analysis programs extensively to aid with creation and optimization of designs.Granted United State patent for 'scissor-pin retention feature' - Patent number 5,529,514
