Skillfully orchestrated alignment between development initiatives and budgetary constraints while maximizing feature impact per dollar.Developed automation scripts for data scraping from various mediums to enable the collection of data that had previously been difficult to gather, which allowed for the creation of Power BI dashboards to visualize data and generate insights, such as deep dives into NENA answer standards and visualizing an increase in mobile radio emergency activations.As a strategic liaison, I bridged the gap between the operational and technical departments within Snohomish County 911 and with outside vendors, including Tyler Technologies, Motorola Solutions, and RapidSOS, fostering synergistic collaboration among stakeholders. My efforts streamlined workflows and communication, instilling confidence in the team’s ability to work together effectively. Worked collaboratively with development teams at Tyler Technologies and Motorola Solutions to provide feedback on early-release products, help guide the development of new features, and troubleshoot bugs and other issues in new releases.
