- Co-lead the entire Berlin-Brandenburg LSVD branch consisting of 5 teamleads, 20 employees and 30+ freelancers, overseeing 9 different projects,ranging from family and youth support, diversity in sports , sexualityeducation and counseling for LGBTI refugees, backed by a funding of X million Euros (as of April 2024)- Develop and execute political lobbying strategies within the Berlin andBrandenburg Governments in alignment with 7 board members to support700 association members and raise an incremental funding of >50% since2021- Serve as the main spokesperson, which includes attending weekly events,delivering political speeches, and interviewing for both local and nationalpress, including TV and radio- Established in 2023 the organization’s both first queer youth center “Houseof Queers” and Sheltered Housing Project, housing 10 LGBTI individualswho experienced domestic violence

- Coordinated the public relations, including the awarding ceremonies of the“Respect Prize” and 3 Berlin-wide awareness campaigns of the “BerlinAlliance Against Homophobia” – a network of 135 organizations andcompanies in Berlin promoting sexual and gender diversity- In 2020: founded and structured the federation’s archive, consisting of 30years of Berlin-Brandenburg LGBTI rights advocacy, including images,videos, and political documents
