CurrentServing as the lead liaison between the Communications & Digital team and ADL's programmatic departments, as well as the Brand & Marketing team, I drive cohesive social media content aligned with ADL's brand identity. My role focuses on developing engaging content, managing campaigns, and expanding ADL's social influencer program to enhance brand awareness and foster external partnerships.• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate on ADL's long-term social media strategy, emphasizing programmatic content creation, paid social, regional support, partnership opportunities, and social influencer strategy expansion.• Content Development: Lead the creation and execution of organic and paid social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values. Develop social media toolkits for regional teams and maintain awareness of content strategies.• Data Analysis: Pull and analyze social media reports to inform decision-making, optimize future efforts, and drive continuous improvement in engagement and reach.• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all social media channels, tailoring content to resonate with diverse audience segments while maintaining brand integrity.• Community Engagement: Provide daily community management support, engaging with followers and monitoring trends to identify real-time opportunities for ADL's participation in relevant conversations.• Skills Utilization: Leverage exceptional copywriting, graphic design, and video creation skills to produce compelling content that drives audience engagement and supports organizational objectives.• Social Listening: Actively monitor social channels, escalate trends and brand mentions, and identify opportunities for ADL to join or lead conversations.• Collaborative Support: Assist Social Media Strategists with additional coverage and support as needed, contributing to a cohesive and dynamic social media presence.
