• Headhunted from Barclays at Senior Director level to develop a three-person team with a remit to distribute Prime / D1 product to hedge fund and asset managers.
• Primary sales coverage for Citi’s largest accounts, encompassing Single Stock Swaps, Index Swaps, Synthetic Futures, Thematic Baskets and Asset Swaps.
• Grew significant market share across focus sectors and stocks. Directly managed and shaped 20 key Citi relationships, with additional targets in the Hedge Fund 30 initiative.
• Developed, coordinated and executed trades from idea generation to delivery. Built robust pipeline of target mandates from new launches and ISDA / Portfolio swap relationships. Extended swap relationships.
• Initiated three full ISDA clients from direct relationship and pitch.
• Improved reporting to generate new transaction ideas. Developed brand in Asia with thought leadership pieces and regular innovative bespoke reports, including daily APAC short reporting.

• Moved with direct manager from Deutsche Bank to manage four-person team selling Pan-Asia Prime, Stock Loan and Delta 1 swap services worldwide. Promoted from VP to Director.

• Desk doubled annual revenue between 2010 and 2015.
