- Responsible for each division's agendas and marketing goals. - Coordinate, plan, and put on events held on campus to promote recruitment. - Responsible for communicating with division executives to gather information needed to update social media, upkeep contact lists, and create/send out email newsletters. - Using Constant Contact to create and send out weekly email newsletters that covered news, accomplishments, and analytics reports. - Using Constant Contact, I also curated a monthly email newsletter for the alumni of The George-Anne Media Group. This required me to create a theme, search through archives, finalize dates and timelines, and conduct interviews.

*Working alongside our client, Feed the Boro, a group of 5 students and myself coordinated strategies to accomplish our goal of supplying over 900 families with food via a food drop event on April 10. *I assumed the role of logistics associate: data collection, financial resource allocation, analysis, protocol, design, coordination and planning. *I personally raised $700 in donations through networking with organizations in the community to cover our client's expenses. *As a group, we successfully found sponsors, 28 volunteers, promoted attendance on social media through a marketing graphic, designed and distributed 3,000 flyer advertisements, set up site layout and successfully put on a food drop event for Feed the Boro.

Created press releases, publications, fact sheets, and social media posts for Georgia Southern University and its various departments and events. Aided in communication aspects such as answering the departments phone and taking messages for staff.
