• Developed database and fieldwork system for damage appraisal following the Category 4 hurricane, Ida, that hit New Orleans and surrounding regions in September 2021• Collaborated with the Redmellon team in modeling various aspects of the financing of hurricane repairs throughout the insurance negotiation period• Provided technical support for various aspects of business and established technical improvements across the multiple office locations• Designed inventory management system through the development and implementation of both on-site procedure and a database to streamline inventory stock control of associated property management company, New Orleans Apartment Management & Marketing

• Assisted Dr. Han “John” Park, M.S., PhD. in evaluating student performance and formatting instructional material• Provided technical and conceptual supplementary lesson material for students• Met weekly to discuss strategies for student success and areas to improve the course in the future• Supported Dr. Park throughout the semester in various technical and student communication aspects

• Partnered with a Tulane PhD student in the research for a community oral history project tentatively titled “At the Cornerstone of Cultural Arts In The Crescent City: Community Conversations along Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard.”• Conducted historical and contemporary research regarding the longstanding impact that the Ashé Cultural Arts Center has in the New Orleans and Central City communities, with a special priority in the work of its leadership: Carol Bebelle, Douglas Redd, and Asali DeVan Ecclesiastes. • Synthesized decades of historical and contemporary research and wrote a report on the importance of Ashé Cultural Arts Center, its founding members, and local and national accomplishments • The collaboration between myself and the Tulane PhD student will culminate in an article to be sent for journal publication consideration

• Facilitated dialogues around issues of identity, power and privilege (i.e. race, class, gender and sexuality, ableism, etc.) for a variety of classes, residence halls, student organizations, and service learning groups. • Led and engaged in broad public conversations amongst students and faculty which foster equity and inclusion on campus

• Partnered with a Tulane PhD student and local organization, Jane Place Neighborhood Sustainability Initiative, to create and analyze data regarding evictions within the city of New Orleans• Performed community outreach to educate tenants facing eviction of their tenant rights under the COVID-19 eviction moratorium• Focused research on the spatial distribution of filed evictions and their outcomes in relation to an intervention effort to educate tenants about their rights prior to the court hearing• Synthesized existing and new data into coherent documents for later trend analysis• The results of this project resulted in a published journal article and instituted an early intervention program ran through Jane Place Neighborhood Sustainability Initiative which continues to help tenants facing eviction gain access to legal assistance
