• Helped convert an existing airplane training manual to a new aircraft type in 45 working days, allowing FlightSafety International, Inc. to expand their training program and begin a new class on schedule.
• Trained Evergreen International Aviation (EIA) Technical Publications department in all stages of revision services, resulting in EIA's Technical Publications department becoming a self-sufficient group.
